Another adaption? Please tell me I am completely wrong and this is really The Movie.
Modified Ura-nage, Torture RackOh my God, I have to text my friend.
I got him the first two volumes as a birthday present and we were talking about how it should be a movie. This is great.

Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.It would (will?) certainly be much better as a series than a film for me. Trying to cram the whole thing into one movie wouldn't really do it justice, and if you cut a lot of stuff out then you can't really get into the same depth the comic did.
Casting/acting wise, Yorrick is going to be tricky to pull off I think. It would be very easy to misjudge and him become rather unsympathetic.
"These 'no-nonsense' solutions of yours just don't hold water in a complex world of jet-powered apes and time travel."Andrew Garfield could pull him off?

That's a decent shout, though whether he'd be willing to do a TV series instead of a movie I don't know.

The TV series is apparently moving forwards. FX has ordered a pilot. https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/y-last-man-moving-forward-at-fx-pilot-order-1100179
(Should this move over to the TV Series forum?)
Feel free to make a new topic over in the Live-Action TV forum if there isn't one already.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"I thought Yor was Y: The Last Man.
It now has a director.
He made this, BTW:
