Queries about D.Gray Man

I recently came into possession of the anime series for D Gray Man. Due to my location, I was kind of forced to gather this as a set of four 2-disk collections, each collection featuring 13 episodes.

I have two questions that I was hoping more knowledgeable tropers could help me with.

Firstly, I've seen a "D Gray Man Season One Collection" recently in shops; is this any different to the "Collection One-Four" I already have?

Secondly, only two seasons of D Gray Man were animated, and of these, only one was dubbed and released for Western audiences, correct?
