Those answers for volume 3 and 7 look to be right, but you missed volume 6. It refers to a live action Japanese TV drama, Third Year Class B Kinpachi-sensei. This is a particularly interesting reference. Kinpachi-sensei is a series similar to Assassination Classroom's more mundane elements, though without the systemic discrimination. It tackles some pretty serious issues, but also has some of AC's wittiness. It's interesting, and a passably good subtitled version exists if you want to check it out and have enormous amounts of free time.
The original quote here is "We write 'person' (kanji:人) as we do because people can give support to each other." It seems the student responded to this by saying "Then the kanji 'eight' (kanji:八) in your name must mean people not supporting each other, right? And what about the other kanji for 'gold' (kanji:金) then?" Sounds like exactly the kind of thing Karma would say.

It bears mentioning that this chapter has a significant translation error. Again. On page 4, Asano is talking about class E's pole, not his own. He does NOT think that he'll go back on their deal by having Isogai expelled if class E loses. He's just recapping the terms.
Asano: If your pole falls and you lose, you'll be indicted for your breach of school regulations and end up thrown out on the streets. If you want to avoid that, you'll have to order everyone onto the attack. In which case, my iron wall defense will crush every last one of you. The choice is yours, leader of class E!! Will you alone be ruined!? Or will you take your whole class down with you!?

Class E has just finished their first term final exams, but they'll have to wait until Tuesday to learn the results (Monday is a holiday), both for themselves and for their bets with Koro-sensei and class A. Maybe not something you want hanging over your head on your birthday, but at least it's Sunday. He'll probably spend all day hanging out with his friends, except for Karma, who probably realized that the tests were a lot harder than he expected, and is not in a mood to speak with others. But that's okay. At least they won't be getting into trouble. That will come in a couple weeks, during the Fukumajima trip.

It was just an effect. An appropriate one, too— Asano Sr. is a monster.

The decon/recon feels strong in this arc. I didn't expect the misuse of parkour skills to warrant Koro-sensei's pitch black expression.
On a side note, Volume 10 has Koro-sensei's rainbow face, and it turns kind of shiny and holographic when you tilt it. But I don't remember ever seeing this expression in the series?...

There's no real way to dodge something that you didn't realize was there when you jumped while you're in midair. Like, do you except them to double jump or pull a zipline out of nowhere or something?

I think "Look before you leap" would kinda be a standard part of training.
Kinda hard to change your course in mid-air. That's the point. They didn't look before they leapt, because they aren't experienced with using their skills in an urban setting, and they got arrogant because of their recent successes.
A lot of people seem to have gotten upset about this, but testing your limits is part of growing up too, and sometimes you overstep.

Chapter 96: "Kill" is too inappropriate for the kiddies, so we'll have it "fall asleep unhurt". Oh man, I think I lost it at the chloroform.
That was a surprisingly sweet chapter, though I don't think this particular arc is over yet. I hope we get a better explanation for Koro-sensei's actions from the last chapter. "Pitch-Black" still seems excessive.
Chapter 97: Nevermind, it actually wrapped up very nicely. I'm impressed that the story ends with Class E "losing" the mid-terms instead of spending another chapter or two trying to come up with a come-from-behind victory. Karma's diligence finally paying off was a nice touch.
That was a nice excuse for a costume change at the end.

Yes. The scanlating group is way behind. But, it seems to be a simple matter of their real life schedules. They release a chapter of Assassination Classroom as often as they do any of their other projects.
Now, T vs P is an interesting trope. You could say that Nagisa is a technician, because he's very professional and direct, whereas Karma is a performer, because he likes to show off. The spirit of it is there are technical skills, such as an assassin's firing accuracy, or their skill with a knife, and then there are artistic skills that are harder to quantify. For an assassin, that's things like knowing how to approach any given situation, how to attack an opponent in a way that's tuned especially for them, and so on. It's the difference between scoring well on a math test and inventing a new branch of mathematics. Karma's good at that sort of thing, but Nagisa is surely better, and that's why I classify him as a performer, even though he really isn't one.
Also, on the backs of each volume, there is a quote or a saying, altered to have the world tentacle in them. I've translated them and identified their origins with the help of some people on SA and tvtropes.
