Sad but unfortunate to say the least.
Just like Rome not everything lasts.
After 10 year plus years I have the confidence to be here. Let's give it EVERYTHING we've got! It's...PUNISHMENT TIMEVariety says the last season of Red Vs Blue is gonna be retooled into a movie:
The Owl House and Coyote Vs Acme are my Roman Empire.Interesting.
Looks like the podcasting side of RT is safe.
Fear it... or not.Speaking of podcast, yesturday, they released the second-to-last episode of RTP, but since they pre-recorded the finale before that, this one was the true send-off. It was very bitter sweet, I was a big fan of the new format, and I'm gonna miss the dynamic trio.
ANMA is going on hiatus, but they promise to return in some fashion.
the statement above is falseGot an email confirming the site and apps will be shut down on May 15th. I haven't been a First member in years but good to know I guess.

Also heard that the actual company is being dissolved on the 10th and that's the final day for employees, but can't find the source. Regardless, the 15th is definitely the end.

Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).Does anybody know whatever happened to Torrian?
He was an animator for Rooster Teeth, Red vs Blue, and Death Battle, and I think Genlock, black guy, always funny on casts - but after RVB Zero I never heard his name mentioned again.
Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).he left the studio after Rv B zero flopped, mostly as a way to buff up his resume for future work.
Edit: he became a animator for Respawn entertainment the guys that made Titanfall and Apex Legends.

Today is also the last day you can order from the Rooster Teeth store, you know, if there is anything on sale anymore.
the statement above is falseToo late for me, all items are de-listed.
Is it possible the store got hacked cause this seems really unprofessional...

Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).One last go
I can't say I was a Rooster Teeth First, a fan of Achievement Hunter or anything other than Red vs Blue, Nomad of Nowhere, and RWBY.
I remember seeing RWBY and Genlock and Nomad and Xray and Vav and thinking this company was expanding too fast, becoming too corporatized, losing that community appeal, and was going to crash and burn to justify my big paranoia of corporate buyouts.
I remmeber feeling smugly vindicated when the allegations started and all the Fall of Rooster Teeth videos started dropping and...
...
Sheeeeet, I'm getting an extra season of RVB and beyond that, I got nothing lose. Night everybody :)
Like there's a sense of how much older I am since I was waiting for the next season of RVB and waiting to find out what was going on with The Meta, seeing the Red trailer and thinking it was some anime BS, realizing I loved RWBY.
But I also enjoy watching those things that seem too big to fail fall apart in a twisted sort of way.
