I have just added some tropes for Matewan, the 1987 John Sayles depiction of the "Coal Wars" over union organizing in 1920s West Virginia. I found there was an entry for the film, with a brief description, but no tropes listed, so I listed a few. Anyone else who's seen this movie may want to contribute more as they think of them.
