I've been saying it consistently on there already, that you won't find a better place than Comic Fury. Not only does it have more features than either of those sites, not only does it have more user-friendly layouts, not only is it easier to customize, but it also has one of the best communities on the internet. The people are friendly, knowledgeable, and (mostly) likable. It's just a warm, open place overall, and honestly, I say it's like family there.
Also, it's entirely free.

I can neither confirm nor deny the existence of werewolves. Especially in Comic Furysville.Comic Dish recently moved to new servers, has a friendly community, it's free, also allows the webcomic creator to fully create and rewrite their webpage layouts.
Spider Forest is smaller, but has a good frontpage layout, allows a lot of freedom with webpage layouts, and a very friendly community that is close knit and helpful.
Smack Jeeves looks good, so does Drunk Duck, and there are probably a half dozen I've never heard of. So which is the BEST?
