IIRC, I think Chelsea said the reason why the girls didn't show much interest in Lubboc wasn't because he tried hitting on them, but because he was always eager and straight up. While she enjoyed teasing Tatsumi's awkwardness.

I never could figure out why Lubbock didn't try to recruit the woman from the Raksha Beasts into Night Raid. It's not like they couldn't use the recruits.
I mean, it's not like she should herself to be particularly susceptible to recruitment.
Hilariously the only night raid members who died and final thoughts WEREN'T Tatsumi in some capacity

I've always thought of womanizer carrying the implication of actual success or attempts to get with other women. As far as I could tell Lubbock never really tried anything, he just admired, not really anything you can blame someone for.
