An anti-Teigu makes perfect sense. The emperor wanted a countermeasure in case enemies of the empire got their hands on one or more Teigu.

As for Kurome, I'd much prefer for her to be able to marry Wave and start a family with him. Yes, she's done horrible things- under extreme duress and the forcible influence of drugs. Showing her mercy in return for deserting the Jeagers is appropriate. If you want to see Wave fight, let him fight imperial assassins sent to eliminate deserters.

Yeah, the moment has passed for killing Kurome. It would just be stupid now.

I don't actually want to see Wave fight. It just seemed odd that they got more screentime seeing as they're not really that relevant to the war anymore. Though I guess the author could have just wanted to squeeze in another fight scene.

Its funny because impalement is what killed him in the Anime, but Tyrant was like "NAW SON, WE AIN'T DONE YET

Well it makes a certain kinda sense... Tats and Tyrant are almost one and the same now... arguably you can't have one without the other at this point. So Tyrant's massive lifeforce is now at Tats disposal... in the Anime Tats only started the bonding process during said Mech fight while here he's had atleast a month or two to bond with Tyrant.

What makes it odd is... Tats clearly accepts his gonna die and not see Mine again... which in most stories is the moment the monstrous entity takes over the heroes body... So Tats is just as confused by Tyrants show of good faith..

Maybe in the end all Tyrant wants... is a friend

They're OBVIOUSLY dead. She's lost the regeneration factor, has her guts strewn out on the floor, and was planned to die anyway if we believe the fact the anime was a rough interpretation of Takahiro's future plans.

I've (greatly) disliked the last few chapters but this one didn't bother me, liked the fact that the author didn't just drop a bridge on two characters behind the scenes nor bloated the finale with a few chapters dedicated to them dying (as opposed to a certain other instance we had recently). Still I'm going to say that Wave is going to get boned. Tatsuya too, maybe, though bro-dragon may have a bit of a saying on the matter.
