It's the entire comic, which is against the rules, and I don't think we have permission.

We do have permission, as is stated in one of the hidden tags on the page.

When not sure about whether or not we are displaying an image with the artist's permission, it's generally a good idea to check the tags on the page and its history, confirmaion can usually be found in either of the two (if it's not already expressly stated in the caption).

I put the original cartoon in a separate "used with permission" caption like I've been doing with the Deviant Art pics that we use. This looks to be done; locking up.
