Agree that the page should only have one image, and I prefer the first suggested box art: the developer is Sega, and that's the only console it's made for. (I might understand cropping it off if the game were multi-platform, but it's not, not counting the PC version.)

Okay, I have no idea what just happened, but when I clicked on the second link, I got a different image (specifically, the Japanese Saturn cover) than the one that was there the first time I looked at the link (the PC cover). Now it's back to the PC cover.
The English Saturn cover...there, that's specific enough.

Why on Earth are there two images on this page? There isn't any IPD tag saying this was something anyone'd agreed upon, so it's just kinda... weird, really.
While the box art would probably be the go-to image for a work page, I don't like the crop. Either have the full cover
