~kyun

Are you asking "why would these two Grumps play this game I'm the first place?" or "why would these two particular franchises be crossed over?"

Either way the explanation is probably pretty straightforward: Money.

Bearing in mind I've never heard of The Alchemist Code, why is they crossover so vocabulary killing?

At long long last, GG plays Skyward Sword!

If they can make it through the CDi games, I don't see skyward sword being insurmountable.

As a counterpoint, they didn't make it through Majora's Mask, and Arin hates Skyward Sword more than the Ocarina duo.

Isn't Majora's Mask on hiatus or has it been properly cancelled?

They eventually went back to Wind Waker, after all.

I'm so glad I stopped watching these assclowns after Majora's Mask was a complete disaster of Arin's crippling stupidity because I super don't need another round of Arin failing at something and blaming everything but himself for his mistakes.

Wasn't Arin right outside the door to the boss of the Stone Tower Temple? Or close? The point is that he was like an hour or so away from beating the game. They'll probably go back eventually.

My impression had been they were talking a cooling off period before getting back to it. That said I don't remember how long ago the last MM video actually was.

It's always guaranteed laughs when they play any Zelda game. And Arin did say that he WILL NOT go crazy and scream during this playthrough, but instead calmly and constructively explain all the reason why he hates it.

Matt n' Ryan screwed up again. The 5 o'clock video was uploaded at 2 o'clock.

... something tells me they're gonna get a new uploader soon.

Yay Dan's in Ravenclaw... Raveneagle? Seems like they got stuck with a snooty prefect.

Serious question: Why should anyone actually care if the videos are uploaded at a specific time or not? Unless you're watching their video list with bated breath, once they're up they're up, the exact moment they go up is somewhat meaningless after that.

You always make a big deal out of the videos being late and every single time I'm left with the same thought: "Okay, and...?" (shrug)

It should be noted, the Skyward Sword episode they had originally uploaded was the wrong one (one from much later in the playthrough, from what I understand). They have since took it down and uploaded the right one.

Just saying, it's not just a matter of uploading late.

[up] now that is a legit screw up. My question was primarily prompted by Kyun's tendency to make a big deal out of the lateness in particular, since this is the first I heard about that mishap.

1. Because they don't just repeat the same mistake over and over. Fascinatingly, each time it's a different kind of mistake. If it were the same one, I would think nothing of it and just not post about it.

2. We know Arin and Dan don't care about being professional. Their studio has other guys to do that. But when that seeps into their schedule, I tend to get annoyed as its a peeve of mine.

3. Game Grumps uploaded 2-3 or so video per day, so when something goes differently, a ton of people notice. Any early sign could be the start of a potential emergency for the company, and they need to be documented if that happens.
