I admit, I'm tempted to let you cut loose with the Weeper, or at least give Mary, Spidey and Hawkeye a hard time.
Still, Legend's idea of a crossover is even more tempting to me...what d'yall think of that?
Yes, I do, its just that the debate posts intimidate me greatly. I'll try to get a post in Hub City.

And Strange doesn't count as a contact for Anarky; he's too honest. He doesn't need to be, he's just a patsy to set up the plan. And if its OK by you, then yes I'll take over him.
Thank you for considering Liz!
I think it would be cool for them to meet each other. We could have an excuse to have a rogue meets starfire, Anatoly meets the hero Dial duo, majestic and booster gold. X-23 and Two face. Could be a lot of fun.

My various fanfics. It's safe to say I've put some thought into this too, manly over what plot could appropriately unite what city. Also, it turns out that with the present number of games, we can have fifteen combinations of crossover without having to repeat ourselves. With that in mind, I'd like to use our crossovers sparingly, but efficiently.
Good to know. What I'm trying to decide, though, is if Coulson's met her off-camera before, or if it's this event that gets them introduced.

As much as I like the SHIELD TV show, I'd prefer to go by the comics since that's the point of this RP. (Note I know next to nothing of Quake from the comics.)
Neither do I. Suppose I should make an effort to be true to the source, though. Mostly I was going off the fact that we've already had Fitz, Simmons and Coulson in the game.
About the only facts I know about Quake are that a) she's a mutant not an inhuman and b) she's not related to Mr. Hyde.
(Double-checks wiki) No, she's legitimately Mr Hyde's daughter. Well, I mean, illegitimately, but that's beside the point. She was a mutant though, at least until Marvel's recent attempt to bullshit her into being an inhuman all along. I'll call her mutant for the purposes of this story, maybe freshen up her personality with some non-skye traits, too.
Yeah well, I never heard of her being related to Zabo until it was revealed on the TV show. So this might be a case of modifying the comics after the show. You know, like how Squirrel Girl is no longer a mutant? Because Fox sort of owns the term (not really but Marvel is paranoid these days.)
I could be wrong but Wikipedia just isn't clear on the matter; we would need dates of publication vs TV production on the matter. OTOH we can decide on our own if they are related or not. The Zabo in the comics however was very different from his TV self however, and Quake is also not quite Daisy/Skye.

Nah, see, Zabo was part of the revelation that Skye was Quake in the first place. He says his name his Cal, then that her name is Daisy, then she gets rock powers and it all falls into place. Found an article to back me up, published soon after said reveal. Besides, if Zabo was an addition after the fact, they'd have had the mother be an Inhuman queen or whatever the hell Jiaying was, as opposed to a prostitute called Jennifer Johnson.
Sorry for not posting in a while. It's been pretty hectic. I'll be more reliable in the future.
Liz: that article sounds like it was written around the time the show was already on. We need evidence of Zabo being Quake's father *before* that. You have to admit, making a modern SHIELD mutant agent's father turn out to be an obscure Thor villain sounds rather odd. Still, as I said it doesn't really matter, for our purposes. I vote we just have Quake be a SHIELD agent already.
Yeah, I'd say it's about time she was. Now watch, I'm gonna bring her in as an NPC and three months later some bastard signs up as her. I surely do love losing potential players' interest over continuity kerfuffles.
Got the Hub City post almost ready, but has there been any official word thus far on where the Hydra base is? Apart from underground?
@Gameguru: Is Rogue helping to investigate the Hellfire Club?

Also gonna try to post for X-23 soonish.
Thanks, Meanken, on both fronts. And now,

Enclosed here, you will find a page from Secret War: From the Files of Nick Fury, Volume 1, July 2005, right at the very genesis of Daisy 'Quake' Johnson. Can't get more conclusive than that, eh, old man?! Proof, meet pudding, quod erat demonstrandum, kitty's in the bag and BOOM GOES THE DYNAMITE. No further questions, your honour.
Sorry for all the gloating but I just spent SO LONG looking for that one bit of indisputable evidence.

Actually that image doesn't say it was taken from a 2005 comic, but whatever. Celebrate if you need it.
I will, thank you very much. I refuse to have this moment taken away from me. Why, I won't even dignify that response by tracking down that very comic over amazon, purchasing it, scanning it and posting the pages online for all to see. No I will not.
@Ud: Yes... I'm just on vacation right now.
