So for a story I'm working on, I'd like to include a few lines of Russian. The character who will be hearing the Russian speaks English (and the story itself is in English), so I would like to be able to write the Russian words/phrases phonetically using the Latin alphabet. I'm sure we have a few Russian speaking Tropers...could someone help me out? Is what I want even possible?

I imagine it is possible, since I'm basically just looking to write it the way it would sound to the character...like if he heard the Russian say "spa'siba" or "nyet."

If anyone could help me out with this or point me to a website that could, I would be very grateful.

The phrase I'd most like to have transliterated is:

"This is absolutely ridiculous! Why don't you understand?"

Fear is a superpower.

A converter for you. This one (and a bunch of others) were found with "cyrillic to latin converter".
