Need help identifying this animation about a king with spiked armour

Does anyone know this British animated short?

A foolish king decides he needs spikes on his armour and keeps having more and more spikes added until his armour is entirely riddled with spikes and when his son comes back from fighting in a war, the king hugs him forgetting he's wearing spiked armour and accidentally impales him, resulting in the king learning a lesson.
