That can pass, it's a case-by-case basis and we set precedence via the justice system. That's how you figure out all "fuzzy line" stuff.

The way I see it, the best way to limit Super-Pac sorts of things isn't through an outright ban, but through industry regulation. Just make one of the conditions for getting a business license that you can't use your business's resources for political advertising. That way no one's right to free speech is being taken away; they're just choosing to trade their right to free speech in exchange for the right to operate their business.
