From that trailer it seems incredibly biased towards the Anna/Karenin/Vronsky relationship and I can hardly see anything with Kitty and Levin in there. I really hope that is just due to scene selection with the trailer, as it is the juxtaposition of their stories that makes the novel work in my opinion.

Stoppard has said he'll be giving Levin and Kitty a lot of focus, so don't worry about that.

First trailer is up:
I haven't read the book before, but now I think I might have to. I'm especially intrigued by how Wright is staging it as a play performance. I'd watch it just to see more of how that works.
