I think the only thing that makes The Dreamland Chronicles image any better than The Other Boleyn Girl is the caption that's in the picture. If the words weren't there we wouldn't even be able to tell that she's royal.

Those don't make it clear that she's a political leader. I'd go with the mayor one. (She runs the city but needs to lighten up.) It's good enough.
