What platform is it for? And when was it released?
Likes many underrated webcomicsPC and PSX, not sure about the release.
Okay, fine! I'm going to do something I'm sort of good at!Why is it that so many threads I made die within a few posts?
Recently got a new version from GOG. It's quite different than the one I had previously used, since I now have to deal with smart mobs. That know how to open doors.
Decided to play as a Sorceress. Werewolf Form + Berserker = KILLING SPREE!
Okay, fine! I'm going to do something I'm sort of good at!Probably because this wasn't exactly a popular game. I did play it back in the day, though.
I think the quests were too hit and miss. Some were really interesting (restoring a forgotten god, if I recall, was really fun).
Expergiscēre cras, medior quam hodie. (Awaken tomorrow, better than today.)That quest was painful for me. I had constantly gotten stuck on the minefield in the past, and was killed by it even more times.
Okay, fine! I'm going to do something I'm sort of good at!I got it from GOG during a sale. It's pretty nice, but I had to turn up Antialiasing and Anisotropic Filtering in the driver settings just to make the game somewhat readable.
Darkstone, an old gem that was campaigned as the real sequel to Diablo. Like Diablo, it was a hack-and-slash RPG, developed by Delphine as a rival to Blizzard's Diablo II.
Like the other threads I've made for games like X-Com and Freespace, I'm starting a thread for Darkstone because this is a great game that deserves some attention at the very least.
Okay, fine! I'm going to do something I'm sort of good at!
