"Well, no," admitted Bramble, looking embarrassed about it.
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls! The dragon seemed to be aiming for a large mountain on the other side of the Everfree.

Was thinking of doing this later, but now may be a better time.
A crow flies into the office and perches on Clouds.
"Why'd you follow me here? I have work now."
Clouds pauses for a bit.
"But I don't want to have to take you back right now, so I suppose you can stay."

"Don't worry, murder is a sign of affection." - An amalgamation of DunsparceWould Private Eye know about the crow from before?
Blind Final Fantasy 6 Let's PlayIf he and Clouds have been rooming together recently, then yes. Otherwise, probaby not.

"Don't worry, murder is a sign of affection." - An amalgamation of DunsparceAfter a bit of a pause
"So, should we pay Miss Star Shine a visit?"
"Don't worry, murder is a sign of affection." - An amalgamation of Dunsparce@Sereg: Does Bramble know that?
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!@Ace I did a check, and you were there all the times Star Shine got namedropped. I only heard the name at the end and that we were apparently supposed to go there. Technically, I know we're supposed to go there, but I don't know why. And I don't know how Star Shine relates to the mayor. And I just realized this now. :P

"Don't worry, murder is a sign of affection." - An amalgamation of Dunsparce"Well, I did see that the dragon was flying in one direction without turning," said Bramble, "Do we have a map I could draw a line on? We might find out where it might be headed."
Ah, okay. Plot nudge?

The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!"Sorry, I don't think I have a map with me."
That, and trying to encourage activity. :P

"Don't worry, murder is a sign of affection." - An amalgamation of Dunsparce"Perhaps we could borrow a map from the Mayor's office?" Bramble asked.
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!Sorry guys, I hit my cap and had to wait to buy more internet.
Bramble could tell that the dragon was headed in the direction of the mountain, but he can get a better idea of where he was going with a wisdom + judge check or an intelligence + lore check.
Anypony originally from Trottingham will know who Star Shine is. And the directions that Key Board gave you should make it obvious how to get to her "house".
I'm not sure if any of us are native, actually. If it's anyone, I'm guessing it's Private Eye and Clouds, it's somewhat unclear whether we're local or not. Silly Hooves is a bit less likely, but still possible, I think. And Bramble is outright not from Trottingham.
And would Bramble need a map to do the check?

"Don't worry, murder is a sign of affection." - An amalgamation of DunsparceI suppose it would improve his odds of success.
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!Shouldn't Bramble have a map if he's been traveling so much?
Blind Final Fantasy 6 Let's PlayIt makes sense. He can have one.
The mountain is on the map and apparently, it has a large cave.

Current WIS and INT are 2 and 3 respectively, Judge is 1 and Lore (Wilderness) is 5.
2 different D10 rolls: 3, 4
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls! Not very much, but with the map, it seems likely that the dragon was heading for the cave in the mountain.
As Bramble asked for the map, he realized something important, and felt very silly for it.
"Never mind the map," he admitted sheepishly, "I have one from all my recent travelling. It's kinda rough though."
Poring over the map, Bramble had a little difficulty lining up where the the dragon was headed one the map, although eventually he found a couple of Trottingham landmarks that ultimately let him realize where the Dragon was headed with the Mayor...
"...Uh oh," Bramble managed, "the Dragon's headed towards this..." His hoof traced a line across the map, "cave on that side of the Everfree."
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!"Well, the quickest route if we're going to save him would be through the Everfree Forest, then."
"Don't worry, murder is a sign of affection." - An amalgamation of DunsparceBramble gulped. "I've heard some really scary stuff about the wildlife in that forest."
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!"What kind of things have you heard about it?"
"Don't worry, murder is a sign of affection." - An amalgamation of Dunsparce"I'd be more worried about the wild plants, myself."
Crystal poked her head through the door. "Sorry for intruding, I was looking for the receptionist to drop off a bit of paperwork."
Looking up at the hole in the roof, she said, "But I guess this is a bad time for that, isn't it?"
This "faculty lot" you speak of sounds like a place of great power..." It's a bad time, but you may as well give them to me anyway."

You said that you saw it flying off over the Everfree. But did you see where it landed?
