I'm amused at how much this old Richie Rich story prefigures Power Nap's premise, including both its funny and its disturbing elements:

I found this comic from the Recommendations page, and though short, it's very, very much worth a read. Power Nap
is surrealistically hilarious, and with plot too. Highly recommended.
