That's a great game to play (not sarcasm). If you don't identify common mistakes, you don't know what to integrate into training.

If you're talking about maintain mental health, that's not psychology education and I never called the education BS :P
You can roll it into "family studies" or "health studies" or whatever it is your local school calls its cultural indoctrination class (I use the term sarcastically).
And if you want parents to "spot" signs early, then I suppose it itself helpful to teach two things
