You mean this one: King Of Hell?
We have a Manhwa Namespace, so first I would suggest moving it here: King of Hell (it's good that you were going to use a namespace to begin with though).
Since it's the first thing that comes up on a Google search, you should be right to create a redirect on the King Of Hell page as well.

I am trying to figure out more basic stuff, like setting up lines and images. Also building a trope list which I plan to add in the next couple days

Sorry, I was going to help with this, but I only just got back from work. Still, now you know how to do a simple move (there is more to it on a page with a lot of wicks), so that works out well 
I'm starting to feel that you should probably ask for help with this over in the Wiki section of the forums. But I'm not sure it matters, apart from people over here being more interested in the work itself rather than the wiki stuff.
Anyway, for a redirect just edit the vanilla King Of Hell page and add this in the code:
[[redirect:Manhwa/KingOfHell]]
And you should have your redirect.
Also, like it says at the bottom the King of Hell page needs an index, so I'd suggest putting it on the Manhwa index (It can be on more than one index). That's really simple, just add ''Manhwa/KingOfHell'' to the list on the Manhwa page.

Hey gang, just launched a page for a favorite manga of mine, King Of Hell
Trouble is, I've only read the first 13 books, and that was years ago. So the page needs YOUR help! Anyone who has read it, or at least read it more recently (about to go through a giant backlog), please help by sprinkling magic wiki dust and making the page grow.
Thanks folks! Also, for anyone who has NOT read it, it is a cheesy soft-gore fight manga out of korea. Probably not suited for younger kids, or anyone who's grown out of super-powered "RAAAGH!" fights
