I don't see how any other name could possibly be an improvement. I think this trope should get an exception to Rule 1. The reasoning behind Rule 1 is
This trope is different because the dialog-like title originated outside this wiki, is used outside this wiki, and is as indicative as any title is ever likely to get for this trope.
I'll leave this open for a while. I'll remove the notification if I see consensus, and I'll start up a new discussion to modify the policy.
We should never put "Needs A Better Name" in articles. That's what TRS discussions are for. Pages also have their own discussion sections.
What next - starting descriptions with "Is this tropeworthy?"

An Ear Worm is like a Rickroll: It is never going to give you up.Someone put up a line in a perfectly healthy trope. PM them and tell them not to do it again or they risk a suspension. I'll remove the line. Nothing else to do here.
EDIT: Oh man, he just went around any dialogue titles and put that stupid thing up. Time to clear it.

"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - Fighteer
My God, What Have I Done? is currently marked as Needs A Better Name on the grounds that "My God, what have I done?" is a line of dialogue. While unquestionably true, it's also unquestionably true that "My God, what have I done" is exactly what it says, in a far more idiomatic way than any title we might come up with could suggest. Might we remove the NABN notification from the top and leave a (hidden) note stating it is explicitly exempted from the rule, on the grounds that it is a universally-recognized idiom (a Stock Phrase, in fact).
On that note, I might argue that such a note should be placed on all stock phrases, and the exemption be noted on the policy page, but that's for another thread.
