I don't think Kim Possible was in the girl show ghetto in the first place. At the very least, I remember liking it as a young boy.
Jason has come back to kill for Mommy.Yeah, there were plenty of boys who watched Kim possible,it helps the show was not overly girly and was more focused on action
New theme music also a boxAlright, I have no idea how I forgot KP. I even rewatched it recently. Still, I stand that back in the day you could count on one hand cartoons with female protagonists that weren't in the ghetto.
Yeah, kim posible feel more like a "boy show", aside of kim interest the show wasnt overly girly at all.
"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"We have an indirect look at the series via its job listing flyer for Season 7, which is asking for prop designers. I think the look might be subject to change.
The series appears to have a familiar, but less "flowery" logo, along with the subtitle "WOOHP World". The production companies involved are Zodiak Kids and a brand-new studio called Ollenom (which has only been around since December 2021).

Alex and Clover seem to have changed up their looks a bit.
Sam seems to be the only one who looks the same.
One Strip! One Strip!Alex is about the same to me. It just looks changed due to upgraded artstyle which also affects Sam. Clover's hair will need time to get used to. Also, their suits are definitely different. There seems to be emphasis on some kind of digital pixely effect everywhere.
We have a proper press release from Animation Magazine for the series, if anyone needed more convincing on the artwork's legitimacy.
The series ran for six seasons between 2001 and 2013 and followed the hilarious adventures of Sam, Clover and Alex — three Beverly Hills girls who were hired as secret agents by WOOHP (The World Organization of Human Protection). Now they’re back for a seventh season, which sees them move to a new city with new friends and facing all-new villains from around the world — all while juggling their double lives as super-spies.
“It is an honor and a huge responsibility for us to produce a new season of such an iconic series,” said season seven producer Benoit Di Sabatino (Code Lyoko, Titeuf: The Movie). “We have developed the new season internally with Gary Milne our head of development. I am so pleased to collaborate with the Totally Director! Stephane Berry and very thankful to our partners M6/GULLI and Discovery Kids Lat Am.
Stephane Berry, who has directed five of the six previous seasons, returns to the helm for the iconic trio’s return. Pre-production for season seven is now underway in France, in partnership with Ollenom — the recently launched studio division of Monello Production. Gulli (M6 Group – France) and Discovery Kids Lat Am are on board as commissioning broadcast partners.
Berry commented, “Totally Spies! is a unique phenomenon, and 21 years later, they are still on screen and in our hearts. The girls who have been loved and adored by several generations are back for more international adventures with the same energy, sense of style, incredible accessories, cult one liners with more exuberance and fun than ever. With the same enthusiasm and passion, and a team that have grown up with the coolest spies in the world, I’m back on a mission for 26 brand new adventures packed with new surprises.”
Zodiak Kids and Family Distribution will own all international broadcast rights to the new series
Really? I always figured KP was a girls show, but then again I didn't watch much of it. Ironically, I watched this show a lot.
Optimism is a duty.I’m going to start watching this one again after I finish Better Call Saul.
I smell magic in the air. Or maybe barbecue.I just remember the episode with the catgirls
it was either this or Martin mystory
New theme music also a boxIs it true this show aired in Japan with it's own dub? I find that hard to believe because one episode depicted the Emperor of Japan and you're not allowed to depict the Emperor in fiction for Japanese media consumers (The Simpsons episode Thrity Minutes Over Tokyo was banned because that episode had the Emperor thrown into a pile of sumo undergarments by Homer Simpson).
According to this Lost Media Archive wiki article, yeah.
Also, here's Japanese opening.
There's nothing wrong with just skipping that one in the dubbing process.
Jason has come back to kill for Mommy. So what is the best way to watch the show? It’s not showing up on Netflix like I hoped it would. x_x
I smell magic in the air. Or maybe barbecue. There's a DVD box set out there.
Optimism is a duty. It's currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video and on YouTube. As far as I can tell the YouTube ones are official.
I never actually watched it myself; I might check it out.
Thanks again. :)
I smell magic in the air. Or maybe barbecue.Bumping this thread. I've been having a lot of fun watching this show again. My most favorite is Clover.
I smell magic in the air. Or maybe barbecue.Mine is usually Sam, but Clover got a lot better once they got her out of the dates-and-shopping corner.
Though I have to say the later seasons were clearly overcompensating for something with her, what with her suddenly being a brilliant super spy and all.
Optimism is a duty.It really felt like Sam, being the smart one, had kinda taken over as the hyper competent spy originally, with other two basically becoming sidekicks after a while.
Since Clover was largely the least competent spy initially (so much Jerry can't even label a redeeming quality for her in one episode) they were likely trying to even the balance.

Yeah, I remember that. Clover was pretty much the spy with an F in spying early on, always complaining about having to go on missions and fretting over boys and her looks.
Optimism is a duty. What even is Alex's role in the group dynamics? The middle woman who sides with Sam or Clover depending on the plot?
Jason has come back to kill for Mommy.
Isn't Kim Possible considered Out of the Ghetto?
