Not grainy enough for my eyes to want to recede into the darkest depths of my sockets. It isn't even grainy enough for me to dislike it or think it would be better to have no image.

Errrr, this image is really kind of small and grainy. Also, the trope is about using tricks to hide the fact that an actress is pregnant, not a character attempting to hide her pregnancy in the show.
I'm not sure this can be pictured.
