Children can have different heights and an obsessions with appearing mature, and still be younger - not that I know how much older Bra is, but come on, "GT logic"?
Bra doesn't train and by "DRAGONBALL logic" that makes you shallow and worthless, so she grows up like her mother, obsessed with fashion. She happens to be taller than Pan.
Pan trains, fights like her father, happens to be short, and dresses... more modestly than Bra.
And Bulma flashes a twelve-year old child at the start of the series, so don't even.

Pan and Bra's ages in the original ending were 4 and 3, respectively. The gap between the 25th Budokai and GT was 5 years in Japan, 10 years in America (no clue about any other places). Pan and Bra, in GT, were 9 and 8 in Japan, and 14 and 13 in America, respectively, assuming that GT kept continuity with their ages from the original ending which, to be fair, might not be the case.

Yeah, characters outside of Saitama in One Punch Man should be used in vs debates. Saitama himself, not so much. Boros vs Saiyan Saga Vegeta would probably be pretty close, and an awesome fight.

Literally, Bra can be as old as they want her to be. Well, she must be younger than Pan with the Bo G stuff, but besides that, it doesn't really matter. The only things that say her age are GT and the guidebooks. Actually, I don't even know if GT says how old she is. Everyone's saying that Bra has now been retconned out, but I'm not so sure.
She might just show up as a baby in a new arc with no proper explanation. Right now, they wouldn't bring her up because then they'd have to make Bulma spend all her time looking after her. Like what they're doing with Videl. And they want to use Bulma as a character so...no Bra. Not yet.

Lots of pointless shit about Bulma's age and boobs (not that I totally mind that stuff), but we are reminded that Jaco may actually be good at his job (but like most characters in the series, he's badly outmatched by the Saiyans...and probably even Krillin).
