It's called Underground TV, and it's basically like getting to watch late-night local stations all the time. That means lots of shitty public domain films, and also some cool original efforts and showcases of old crap. Plus, it's got a chat-box next to the screen so you can riff on said crap with other viewers.
The site's still in beta mode as far as the other stuff goes, but the primary functions of the site run really well even on my old clunker of a computer. The design is simple and straightforward. Anyone who likes B-movies (and The Beverly Hillbillies, I guess) should check it out.
