I'm still wondering if Mii and Kogoro will be back, or were they unpopular.

Same for Haken and Kaguya, and anyone else from the Endless Frontier games.

I'm still surprised that Reiji and Xiaomu are the protagonist this time. Not that I mind since we get a remix of Brave New World.

Well, they've been appearing in everyone of these games: the original Namco X Capcom, both Endless Frontier Games, and the original Project X Zone.

I guess Namco just likes them. They might be legitimately popular as well.

Technically, one could say that NXC, EF, EFE, PXZ and PXZ 2 are all apart of one long crossover series.

Ya know, it'd be neat if Namco compiled the stories from all 5 games, added more stages, characters (especially from Nintendo) and made it into a 3D action RPG (like Xenoblade) for the Nintendo NX.

And I'd like that idea. I wonder if they'd be willing to try that for the NX?

Namco's been buddy-buddy with Nintendo for a long while now, and they both got good connections with Capcom and Sega. I'm sure with some time and money, Monolith Soft could make a great remaster of the series for the NX.

They could even try making stages based off the Subspace Emissary to tie in Smash Bros to the X series.

Reiji and Xiaomu seem like they would be a good fit for a Action game, with how large, combo heavy and varied their move sets are.

Yeah, I went to that well again. I'm genuinely sorry.

That being said, you got a point about Namco's good relations with Nintendo.

Namco should team up with Compile Heart the next time they make a crossover. I think with both of them together they'd make a great crossover.

According to someone who has the Japanese demo and can read translate, here's the plot of the demo stages:

Shadaloo is framing Heihachi for a zombie outbreak, so Heihachi hires Phoenix to defend him. Phoenix stumbles into Makai and Morrigan blesses his nagatama to be more useful in combat. Also Shadaloo hires B.B. Hood to kill Phoenix so that he can't defend Heihachi.

.... That is the most ridiculous sounding crossover concept I've heard yet.

Welp, here's some concepts and a list of characters for that Super Project X Zone idea.

I know 208 characters seems like much, but if an action game like Warriors Orochi 3 can have over 300 playable characters, I'm sure this'll be fine.

Heh. My first three games for my 3DS were Ocarina Of Time 3d, Project X Zone, and Fire Emblem Awakening.

Two years later, and a few more games later, I'll soon own Majoras Mask 3d, Project X Zone 2 ad Fire Emblem Fates.

Full fricking circle. I love it.

Someone got the game a couple days early in Japan and uploaded the full opening.

Pretty epic stuff, but be weary of spoilers in the coming days...

I mean, unless they're actually keeping some characters secret this time, it does seem like they won't be revealing anyone else.

So the fact this song is in an English language trailer, does it mean we're getting licensed vocal Japanese music?
