I think the current image works fine; the most important aspect of the trope is something like "you wouldn't want to be seen reading this in public" regardless of whether it's an accurate representation of the work or not. And I know I wouldn't want to be seen reading a book with a picture of a naked girl on the cover.

This is "a misleadingly lurid cover illustration"; that image seems fine, especially with that caption.
