Well, I do love Lio, but I think with only the second panel you have to infer a bit much. The trope part is fairly obvious, but you are left confused (especially without knowing the nature of the comic) as to how he possibly could be the cause of the catastrophe. In other words, it's solid, but we can do better (I think).
