A book by Legion

I had this idea where I set up a book that'll be written chapter by chapter by different people. In the OP i'll set up the setting of the universe, an info dump, and maybe a few guidelines. After that i relenquish all control over to people i've never met nor ever will meet. I only have 1 problem; I dont know where to post it. If there is a proper section on this wiki please do tell me, if not but there is another forum that may allow me to do this please tell me where. Thank you.
