Motion to pull
Pic is too small and gives no context to justify the trope.
I thought at first it was a Civil War reenactor. :)
Pull for bigger pic.
Vote to replace the current pic with the top-cat pic.
Vote for suggestion
I'd be fine with the Top Cat pic.
Suggestion looks good.
I'm not crazy, I just don't give a darn!So do we have a consensus?
I also vote to replace it with the image in the OP. ... How many needed for a proper consensus? :P Anyway, the current image really is very tiny and hard to make out, and I think there's no possible way to argue the replacement is worse in any obvious way, so I see no problem with swapping them now. Not like we'd have to leave it image-less or anything.

That's enough of a consensus. The new pic is up, potholed, and tagged. I think this is one that could use a good caption to help get the trope across, but I got nuthin' right now.
I'm trying to think of what Top Cat's catch-phrase was. Did he have one?
Edit: Ah, he used to say "Well hello Officer Dibble." or he would call him "Dribble." ...that doesn't help at all.

Hearing no consensus on a caption, let's lock up and move on.
I'm sure this is a good example, and there might be some good pictures from the work, but this particular picture is tiny. Maybe its just me, but I find it hard to make out without causing eye strain.
Anyway, here is one possible suggestion for a replacement.
