There is no absolute victory. If one combatant wins, (s)he will be restored from a backup within a few posts. This does not mean, however, that either combatant triumphing over the other should be easy. They're supposed to be more or less evenly matched.
Exactly What It Says on the Tin. I've seen a few people try to set up something like this on the web and it never got very good. But I figure Our Tropers Are Sillier (Do We Have This? We should...) and could do a good job of it.
