Whatever it is, I'm pretty damm sure it won't be half as awesome as most theories that will appear in reaction to these bullshit teasers.

Honestly, what kind of marketing department came up with this half-assed ideas? Did they try to weaponize inevitable disappointment to generate more buzz on the internet?

Those graphics look awesome. No fuc king clue what to make of the rest of it. Also, they've added something onto the ant video

Time to wait until the 10th for another shitty teaser.

So Naughty Dog is developing it. A father and daughter team survive a post apocalyptic world with zombies.

Oh, did I say zombies? I mean terrifying mutated fungus people.

Very post apocalyptic, like I Am Legend levels.

That grass was very nice to see as a contrast to the usual brown and gray.

If there's one thing I've learned, its that Naughty only make great games. Except maybe Jak X and Way of the Warrior.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but there hasn't been a game before that focuses on a father-daughter relationship, has there?

I'm sure there has. I recall hearing that Nier had something with that concept.

Silent Hill...

But this one will explore the father and teenage daughter working together, each protecting the person they love.

Not sure what to make of this. It honestly just looks boring. But... it's Naughty Dog... They can't make bad games, can they?

It showed a man with a watermelon growing from his head rabidly attack a man, before being shanked in the kidneys and having his head blown off. How in the hell did you manage to find that boring?

Yeah, I honestly wasn't that impressed. I mean, I hated Uncharted already, and it already had zombies in it. I don't really see how this is going to be much different except that it'll apparently be an Escort Mission.

"It showed a man with a watermelon growing from his head rabidly attack a man, before being shanked in the kidneys and having his head blown off. How in the hell did you manage to find that boring?"

Because games about scary monsters attacking people and having their heads blown off have already been done 6 million times.

But now that I think about Naughty Dog has basically built their career on not really innovating but instead just making existing concepts really super fucking awesome, so I'm decently optimistic about where this could go. The premise just has yet to win me over is all. But that's okay, because I know we don't have the whole story yet.

Apparently people are saying that the two main characters are voiced by Troy Baker and Ellen Page.

Is this true? Please tell me it is.

Pretty sure that's just speculation at this point.

You know, in retrospect, I don't think I really find fast zombies all that scary. Despite being more dangerous, I guess their behavior is too animalistic. I guess that's why Silent Hill nurses and the like are the creepiest to me, even if they aren't as dangerous: nothing in the world behaves like that.

It turns out that the girl's VA is Ashley Johnson (Gwen, Terra).

And it has been confirmed that the old guy is, in fact, Troy Baker.

The girl isn't voiced by Ellen Page, but she looks a lot like her.

It probably was.

Ashley Johnson is a pretty good VA, though she tends to play shitty characters.

You know who I could see as the daughter? Lindsey Shaw. She was fantastic in Enslaved: Odyssey to the West, and she could totally fit the bill for that role.

Also guys, you can not make "looks meh" assumptions from a trailer. Need I remind everyone of the great Wind Waker fiasco? At least let them show some gameplay footage. Then you can judge.

Also also, hating Uncharted means I hate you, GOOD DAY SIR!

Also remember. Before he did Uncharted, Nolan North's best role was Raphael in TMNT. Now he's, well, Nolan North.

[up][up]I've played the demos for both, as well as the second's multiplayer beta after having it forced down my throat about how it's the best series of all time. I found it to be little more than Gears Of War strapped to Prince Of Persia with more scripted sequences. The former is a game absolutely despise, and the latter just doesn't work for me without a cool character design to really drive the acrobatics home. And as far as TPS protagonists go, I just find Drake too boring to look at to want to spend an entire trilogy watching.
