I'll say Keep Until Better Image Suggested, mainly because the trope description covers what I think is going on there (a reviewer having an overblown reaction to something). Maybe link the cover pic in the caption, if we stick with it?

Yeah, Keep Until Better Is Suggested.

I think we can do better (and better than the current image juxtaposed with a clear poster image too), but the current image is "OK", at least, and the caption at least clarifies what movie we're looking at.

Actually, what makes the trope is that he's looking at what is clearly just a regular DVD movie. The caption just states which movie is freaking him out. The point is that he's screaming at a DVD case.
