I like it. The characters are likable and its quite funny. Not as good as Peep Show though.
And Robert Webb steals every scene he's in. We've all had a teacher like that haven't we?

I tried watching the first episode but found it unbearable. It felt like they were trying way too hard to make the two weird guys funny (they weren't) while the painfully obvious relationship between girl 1 and normal guy was too boring to contemplate (props for making the girl pine though). Is it just a bad start or is it the same stuff later on?

I quite like it, but I can hardly say it reflected my experience as a first year undergraduate at all.
With cannon shot and gun blast smash the alien. With laser beam and searing plasma scatter the alien to the stars.
