I would dispute that. I believe in not going easy on women, but going easy on the weak. If women decide they can handle things and stop acting like their "stereotype", they lose their handicap-based immunity. Murders tend to fit in that category, due to involvement of weapons and whatnot.

I remember an episode of Judge Judy, in which a woman started a domestic violence on her spouse (hit him or something), and then sued him when he "kicked her in the head". The judge dismissed the case, saying "You have no lawsuit here."

That's why if the force of law was applied to this instead of all involved parties to act improperly, then we wouldn't have so much of a problem here.

[up]What the women got in itself. I'm not making comparisons to what the man got, which was more than what he should've received.

The fuck's that about women being not dangerous?

The average woman is not that much of a threat in a fistfight against the average man, but you've got no guarantee it's gonna stay a fistfight. If a woman stabs you, you've got stabbed. If a woman shoots you, you just got shot. And any sort of fight inside a kitchen (with abundant sharp objects and boiling grease) is certainly dangerous for all parties involved.

Getting jumped on by multiple attackers (no matter their gender) can land you on deep trouble.

You exist because we allow it and you will end because we demand it.

In theory, they would. In practice, not quite.

Yeah, it's not like these things have rules, refs and all that.

As far as I know, they haven't been sentenced yet. All three could possibly beat their charges, hypothetically.

Given the sympathy I've seen expressed for the guy online, I would not be surprised if someone offered to hire him anyways. "What's this on your record? I'm afraid we can't - wait, you're that guy who whooped those two punk bitches on You Tube! I remember you! Please come in next Monday."

I'm sorry but I have to side with the guy here. Given how risky working in food service is already he needs this sort of insticnt.

I wouldn't know, I only have experience working at a Starbucks. Half-awake stockbrokers aren't major security risks.
