I see the Awesomeness.
A ptitle was the old system for forcing a page to display a title with proper punctuation and capitalization. However, we got the custom titler which lets you force it on the link itself to replace it, so all new pages should be on their plane text names, in the proper Name Space, and have their names custom titled.
