Fiction Press.com is a decent site. I'm fairly sure the format stays the same when you upload a text file there, though I've only uploaded to Fan Fiction.net myself.

FWIW, DA has something in the works called Stashwriter which will make it easier to create formatting and import formatting from existing files. (It already exists, it's just still in beta testing.) Finally.
Though I actually would probably recommend trying Fictionpress anyway, as DA's still not the greatest place for original literature.
