Ciel's eyes began to water as she could just barely see the cloaked Magical Girl apparently try to avoid detection while Vera seemed to be staring at her. I wonder if her field makes her someone else's problem so she can avoid being seen. Well, at least this has been more interesting and productive than last night.
Stretching out to ease the pressure on her legs, she decided to try something. "I wonder," she asked, "is there a way to download the knowledge of Japanese into my head? It might get awkward to rely mostly on telepathy to get myself understood, and my Japanese is very, very basic at best."

She gazed at her Soul Gem, it's red glow still rather dim. So... I'm a magical girl now, huh? Wait... Doesn't that make me, like, a superhero or something? Awesome! So, um...
She stroked her Soul Gem. She tapped the top of it, she shook it about, she bit it, she even held it above her head dramatically.
"Um... So, uh... How does this, uh, work? How do I, um... Become a magical girl, then?"

"But I don't exactly feel magical..." Melody replied, equally as awkwardly. "I mean, aren't magical girls supposed to have, like, cool costumes and superpowers? There's a power up phrase or something, isn't there? I mean, there always is... Like, uh, "Moon Prism Power!" or something, ahah."

Vera decided to demonstrate. "It works like this." she said entering into lecture mode. She took her soul gem and turned it into ring from, de-transforming. "You hold the out the soul gem and it turns into magic, creating your Magical Girl outfit".
Vera took her gem in the palm of her hand and there was a flash of light. The violet light enveloped her street clothes and the strands turned into the strings of her outfit. The gem settled as a hair clip above her ear, brightly shining.

Nazuna kept away from the telepathic hive of activity in the airwaves. There were far too many girls to deal with efficiently. Her initial plan would have to be tinkered with to work. First step, to get to know the girls personally. It's tough to get your own personality 'out there' in a crowd. For now, it was time to go home.
Well, first was finding a home in the Kaikin Ward.

...With a big grin on her face, she yelled, and was suddenly engulfed by lightning. When the smoke cleared, there she was, standing in what looked like a red swimsuit and holding some kind of weird sword.

Hakona sits up from the bench, sighing. "Wonder if there are any demons around." the girl whispers to herself as she begins her parade down the sidewalk. The bag opens up as Hakona unzips it. She reaches in, pulling out a tube of potato chips. The girl made money doing odd-jobs when she could. She wasn't going to return home. If she went back to school, she couldn't balance the magical girl life, school, and home. So she threw out school life, and most regrettably, home.
Popping the lid off of the chips, she grabs one and pushes it into her mouth. She chews and chews before swallowing.

With that thought, she continues down the road, holding her pocket watch in hand. A silver, circular stone lies in the middle of the unopened pocket watch. It glows with an intense, gray light. Goes to show how much effort she puts into cleaning the Soul Gem.
