Ok, so the picture and the caption apparently has to do with Hahvad Yahd In Mah Cah, but you would have no idea of that if the caption wasn't there. Furthermore, the accent is only part of the trope, and the least picture-able part.
I'm inclined to suggest a montage, and would offer an appropriate view of a Norman Rockwell painting if I could actually find a good source image ("Main Street, Stockbridge At Christmas").
