Is anyone following the collaboration between Twilight Sparkle and Friendly Twilight? (Twilight's compiling the sections in her posts.) If things continue as they do, we might have a potential happy resolution to all of the dark and disturbing Tumblrs out there (which, apparently, share a universe - at least, Friendly Twilight, Lil' Miss Rarity, and the venerable Ask Pinkamina do).

I've been following with intrigue. It's so weird.

Someone brought up Echo the Wonderbolt before me! This post in particular makes me feel sad...

What's with these blogs taking the nameless Wonderbolts and building entire fanon around them? First Surprise, then Misty, and now this! Well, with the popularity of Background Ponies I shouldn't be surprised...

Aw, man... this fandom has been giving me so many sads today...

I've been sort of thinking of starting up one of these of my own. I was thinking of doing it of Dumbbell and Hoops, the brown and orange pegasus jocks from Cloudsdale. Why just the two of them? Well, because it'd be a couple tumblr! I figure there's plenty of f/f couple tumblrs, why not an m/m one? because the fandom is full of teenaged boys, right... ah well. I figure Dumbbell would probably be sort of Tsundere, and shy about the whole thing, while Hoops would be much more open about their relationship, and sort of romantic.

If I do end up doing it, though, I'll have to wait until after Christmas. Wait until I'm done writing The Colour You Bleed first.

Yeah. I'm liking that one so far. My mother was blind, so it hits a bit close to home.

I wasn't sure what I'd think of this alternate Twilight. Turns out she's still awesome.

@ kegisak, I say go for it, i'd definitely read it.

IMO, that Skylight Sparkle update was lazy, because it's mostly text.
