I don't hate J-pop, but they could've gotten better fitting music for this. Kalafina? I mean, it's by the Genmeister so...

Now that I think about it, the Fate/Zero servants would probably roll through the FSN servants. Gilgamesh can beat every single servant except Archer, Alex can probably defeat every single servant, maybe except Berserker. Caster summons giant monsters without concern for the rules, and Zero/Berserker is actually crazy good.

Yeah, I'm not really fond of the OP/ED music either.

And yeah, the F/Z servants are collectively much stronger than the F/SN servants.

Nope. Rakkyo was waaaaay before FSN. Fate Zero for that matter.

While I'm not impressed by the song, I really am by truly amazing animation.

Kara No Kyoukai is an LN, remember? Azaka's design came directly from the LN. Which was first published 1999, IIRC.

Agh. Great time to not have speakers/earphones while Fate Zero's premiering. :| :| :| I rather like the ED though, for some reason.

Time to watch with no prior knowledge of FSN! SPOIL ALL THE LPS!

Sooo, finished watching!

Thoughts:
- Lots of CG but as far as I can tell it looks quite good
- Backgrounds are detailed as FUCK
- Mmhh... Irisviel is hot...
- Lots of talking, not much happening in this episode... Not so bad, it's just the first episode after all
- Servant summoning at the end was awesome

WOW.

That was EPIC.

The episode was so long. This is going to be great, I know it.

Few things you might need to know. The worms in Kariya's body will provide him with more power but are killing him from the inside out. The FSN anime is not very good. Play the VN after watching this series if possible. The church and mage's association are conflicting organizations, but Kirei is part of both. Can't think of anything else you need to know right now.
