Digimon Video Games

Been replaying Digimon World 2 recently, haven't gotten too far cause I'm grinding all my mons to lvl11 first. Went with Virus team for the 1st run.

Haha, man this "You can only lure mons of your type at first" system sure is a little janky. I bet this would benefit a lot from a remake too.

Can't wait to finally get to evolve my mons past Champion and progress further than Metal Greymon unlike 5 year old me.

DW 2 has a lot of systems that just make the game needlessly grindy. You can't even level up multiple times per battle even if you gain enough exp to do so, and the game already runs like molasses as it is so grinding mons to get past the level cap just takes forever

I hear the DW remake/sequel came out on Steam, is it any fun?

After procrastinating on starting it I started Digimon World -next 0rder-. So far it seems even more complicated than the first game, which was what I played most (and finally beat some years back)...

EDIT: Yay, it's not that complicated after all. XD
