Yeah, we could blank that speech bubble or change it to something like symbol cursing or some kind of insult.
It's kind of an inherently spoilery trope anyway, so the picture isn't really a problem. Plus editing out a name reduces the meaning of the picture. I say leave as is. Caveat Lector.
