Having a car sure is convenient.
Why am I suddenly concerned that Toedad isn't alone in that car.....
I'm Charlie Owens, good night and good luck. PSNID: CEOIII 1117Gosh dang, did someone have their significant other kidnapped by their dad again?
Text I feel is necessary to append to every post.Someone find Amazi Girl!!
I'm Charlie Owens, good night and good luck. PSNID: CEOIII 1117It may actually make things slightly easier for Becky if Toedad has dragged Dina along, especially if cops or concerned bystanders intervene. Hard to deny being a violent nutcase when you're visibly dragging a yelling kidnap victim with you everywhere you go. (Plus, I wouldn't want to turn my back on an angry Dina.)
= Spindriver =Dina got the boot all to herself and now will have to search for tools to untie herself and come out of the trunk.
"Show us the Galaxy Warp."Yeah that's probably not gonna work this time
Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite.Stall for time until the cavalry arrives.
The way he's been waving that gun around, several people would have called campus security and/or 911 by now, right?
This "faculty lot" you speak of sounds like a place of great power...Yes, seeing a man with a gun chase two girls into a forest really gotta raise some alarm.
And now he's standing by a fountain in a very visible part of the campus. SOMEONE should've screamed "GUN!" by now.
I'm Charlie Owens, good night and good luck. PSNID: CEOIII 1117So, hey, remember the people complaining Ross was too cartoonish and without nuance? Well, there it is. Still a psycho and extremely dangerous, but there is the nuance.
As far I am concerned, that makes him better then Blaine. That is an extremely low bar, sure, but at last his sees his family as more than just property to be controlled.

Oh
Now I'm more worried about Toedad than anyone to be honest.
Oh really when?I'm curious about the context of the "Satan took your mother from me" bit.
This "faculty lot" you speak of sounds like a place of great power...Could be anything.
She died of illness.
She had an argument with a husband who owns a shotgun.
She disagreed with how he runs his family and left him.
She disagreed with how he handled Becky and left him.
Satan rolled up in an awesome sports car and she decided he was more fun than her husband.
Fresh-eyed movie blogWell generally I think she is dead. Or Becky would've tried going to her to escape Ross.
Toedad did say she died a year previously. I don't think he has any reason to lie about that unless he is lying about it to himself or something.
"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."Oh right, forgot about that. Illness probably.
...Would be preetty dark if it turned out something treatable they tried faith healing on.

They don't seem to be the "get fired up dancing and smack the illness out of you" type, but I could see "prayer will be enough to heal her, if it's God's will".
Fresh-eyed movie blogThere is nothing quite as dangerous as a man willing to die for a cause. Religion, family, whatever.
The fact that we're still talking about Toedad in Feb. 2016 is comforting, but he doesn't mention if the conversation is in the past tense or not.
"Hey, remember when Becky's psycho dad showed up at the school and the state police emptied a sniper rifle into his head?"
I'm scared. And I still really want to know where Dina is.
I'm Charlie Owens, good night and good luck. PSNID: CEOIII 1117Dina probably wasn't crazy enough to try jumping onto a moving car, so she's left lagging behind.
Or she followed Dina after toedad made for the car and is going to arrive shortly.
DINA LIVES!!!!
