'Kansai City'. I've checked with Daltar, and it's not Kyoto. Haven't asked but I highly doubt it's Osaka. Knowing naming conventions it'll actually be all the way up in Hokkaido for some unspeakable reason.
... I'm not even going to ask why this spell-checker has random parts of Japanese geography built in.
