I know she fits under Handicapped Badass too, but honestly, I can't think of anyone more fitting of this trope than Barbara Gordon.

I don't think she counts for the trope. Also, the character isn't nearly as important as the picture.

I can't even imagine how to show the loss of powers without a really huge collage.

The image for Brought Down to Badass is tiny and it's very difficult to tell what's going on. I can guess it's something to do with Superman due to the colors of the guy on the left side but the other two guys? What's going on? Nothing doing for me. So I propose changing it.
