Well, I can at least hope they won't have as many problems with heat as those in Lousiana, Texas, or Florida would.
Still, MRE delivery is nice. They are tastier than most people would expect.

The red signs are for closed roads.
also, a lot of communities are completely cut off because the roads leading out of town have been utterly destroyed.

Having just returned from New England, it seemed a good time to make a topic about Vermont.
Tropical Storm Irene hit the east coast last Sunday, causing massive flooding for days, isolating entire towns and flooding out hundreds of miles of infrastructure and bridges, destroying homes and businesses.
This topic is for discussing what can be done in the aftermath and what will be required to help Vermont.
