I know many people have a favorite genre so what would happen if they were transported to that specific genre.

My picks would be secret hero mutant show, shonen action, a animal hero based show and magical boyfriend series.

And my grand favorite of them all a disneyverse animation based show.

Oh, superhero story, all the fucking way.

Failing that, I guess I couldn't do too bad in a good World War Two movie...

Gimme Fallout or gimme death!

Few things would beat being a Khan or a Brotherhood member in the Fallout-verse.

Is there a genre for things like Paprika and Inception? About the dream aspect in particular and dreams melding into reality. Things like that.

That is where I would want to be.

That or something like Reboot.

Unfortunately, I rented Fallout 3, so I haven't finished it yet. The Brotherhood, from what little I saw of them, were pretty cool. Don't know who the Khan are. Wouldn't want to live in that 'verse, either. Too little chance of getting anything done before dying a pointless death, and too depressing.

I guess, if I had to pick a specific 'verse, I'd go with Spider-Man. Iron Man wouldn't be too bad. I'd have to kill myself if it was Watchmen...

Utopian fiction, written by somebody who agrees with me.

Failing that, a reasonably comfortable Slice of Life-esque series but in a science fiction/fantasy hybrid setting.

@USAF: Get yourself Fallout: New Vegas immediately. If necessary, pirate it. It's the best RPG ever.

As for why I'd pick Fallout... well, the Fallout-verse is harsh and bleak, but it's free. All it takes is some guts, a few weapons and a decent mindset to really make a difference in people's lives there. You can make a living in good ol' adventuring and barter.

It's not a bad place to live, if you're the enterprising type.

I have been lately thinking how cool it would be to live in a sciene fiction/fantasy kitchen sink action series.Provided that it would include me being a werehyena amazon queen in training.

I gotta finish Fallout 3 first, Savage. tongue

Bleh... given how much fail I was at that game until I got the combat shotgun and assault rifle... which only made me slightly less fail, mind you... I get the feeling that in real life, without the lovely "load last save" feature, that living in the Fallout 'verse wouldn't be nearly as amusing.

It's like Dragon Age. Amazing to play. Not cool in real life.

Definitely something futuristic/cybertech-ish. The Ghost in the Shell universe seems like it would be pretty interesting.

A mixture of dark comedy, political statire, space opera and high fantacy.

Elerments of film noir, cyberpunk and Shakespearn Romantics will be also welcomed.

I don't normally question these, but for once, I'll bite. Galeros, why do you want to be in a horror story?
